*Course Prerequisite: you must be an existing lash artist practicing classic lash application in order to take this course. Proof of classic certification in required.
Class Details:
Lady Red Lash Academy Volume Course is a course geared to properly train existing lash artists in the art of 3-D and American Volume techniques. What is the volume technique? The volume technique uses 2-4 lighter weight extensions that are handmade in a fan and placed on one natural lash. This technique can give your clients a thicker looking set and can fill in gaps in the natural lash line. (this course does not cover Russian or mega volume techniques)
*The state of Michigan requires an esthetics license or cosmetology license to perform lash extensions.
Online Theory
The theory portion of the class is to be completed online through our online platform and at the students pace. Once registered, PLEASE NOTE: Your Theory test must be completed and given a passing score in order to advanced to the Hands On portion of the class.
Hands On
This day is 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and includes instructor demoing correct prep and setup protocols, 3-D volume & American Volume technique. Model recommended (at 12:00), mannequin work if no model. The dates for hands on portion are specialized for you, you will contact the instructor once you are finished with the Theory portion.
